Hey everyone! We’re a music tech company looking for a Go Backend Lead Engineer to join our team and help drive the architecture and development of high-performance backend systems.
What you’ll do:

Lead the design and development of scalable backend services in Go

Mentor and guide a team of engineers

Own system architecture and make key technical decisions

Collaborate cross-functionally with product & frontend teams
What we’re looking for:

Strong experience with Golang in production environments

Proven leadership or tech lead experience

Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices
-
Passion for building clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Nice to have:
-
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes)
Location: Fully remote but prefer candidates in North America due to timezones
