Vim-go v1.4 released

Hi everyone

I’ve just released vim-go version v1.4. The biggest change is the long awaited Neovim support. Amongst other features are location list improvement, :AsmFmt command integration and many fixed/improvements. If you already use HEAD of the repo you’re covered.
