Is their support available for Go lang for RISCV architecture for 32-bit Linux?
a)Any plan for support?
b) If yes then when can it be available (tentative date)

Support for linux/riscv64 is available since 1.14 release of Go. Please see: https://github.com/golang/go/issues/27532#issuecomment-683709237

I had checked for RISCV-32 bit port. Looks like this port is not available as of now.
