There was conversation at one point about adding a “Question” label on Github issues (although I can’t find the issue discussing this). However, GitHub very recently added a new feature, Discussions. This allows members of the community to ask questions directly on Github and get help there, without creating issues which would clutter up the “Issues” section of the repo.
