Is using the framework ideal solution to develop slack like project?

Hi,

We are planning to develop the projects similar to slack. We decided to use golang for the backend. We are still in confusion whether need to use any framework or not. Also if we use framework, what framework will choose?

We need to consider Performance, High Load Handling, Exception Handling, Memory Management, Better Routing, MongoDB Support and etc. So overall it will be huge application, Can any framework handle it well?

Can anyone please suggest us?
