Is the code of this forum open source?

Hi there, I’m new here and a beginner of golang.
The forum impressed me for the really simply user interface and many other things, and I believe this is built by golang, so I wonder if I can get the source code of this and build a site with it my own.

Sadly, it’s not written in Go.

Oh wow, it also has the “respond by reply to an email” feature, just like
the google forum!
Really sad that it is not written by go.
Still thanks for introducing the Discourse!
