The Regex library or the Gaming Console?

If the former, you need to use FFI to call into it (it seems to prive a C API), if the latter you need to tell us what and how exactly you mean by “want to use” it…

Yes, I want to use hyperscan for regular.but i am not find library for windows .linux is no question

There seems to be no Windows built available, you’ll need to build from source. A rough description can be found at http://intel.github.io/hyperscan/dev-reference/getting_started.html
