We’re hiring 3 full-stack engineers to build the dashboards and backend for a networking platform. Fully remote.

Location / timezone: GMT to GMT+4 only (UTC+0 to UTC+4) — Dubai/Gulf, Middle East, Europe, UK, Africa. Dubai preferred. We’re not able to consider US/Americas-based candidates for this role.
Salary: Starting at $6,000+/month, paid monthly.
What you’ll do
- Design and build RESTful APIs in Go (Gin)
- Build and maintain PostgreSQL schemas
- Develop real-time features (SSE)
- Implement secure auth (JWT, mTLS, certificate validation)
- Build React components for device-monitoring dashboards
- Write integration tests and maintain CI/CD
- Contribute to architecture decisions for distributed systems
- Own features end to end
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of real Go backend experience (not just dabbled)
- Solid React on the front end
- Comfortable with PostgreSQL and Docker
- Strong systems and architecture thinking — you can design it, not just implement it
- Someone who takes an outcome and owns it end to end (the technical round is an architecture discussion, not a leetcode grind)
Bonus: mTLS/X.509, real-time (SSE), or time-series databases (InfluxDB)
