How can you install Go-lang on your system without admin rights ?
I tried using zip archive as well but that also has “Exe” and that cannot be executed in User directory due to group policy.
Any other ideas?
Is this a school or work computer? It sounds like whoever owns the computer (or network or other infrastructure) does not allow running unapproved applications. It’s almost certainly possible to get around this, but it almost certainly violates the computer usage policy of wherever you’re using this computer.
If you would still like to do this, I recommend asking someone in a management position if they could direct you to someone who you could ask for permission to run the program. Be prepared to hear something like, “Sorry, but our policy disallows users from executing untrusted code,” and that might just be the end of it. Good luck!
