Getting go tool: no such tool “asm” while executing go program

I am new to GOLang. I have installed GO 1.16 on Windows 7 32 bit. I have created simple hello world program. But when i am trying to run it it is giving me below error

go tool: no such tool "asm"

Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance

Is your antivirus quarantining any files from your go program folder?
