Does go 1.17 support HTTP2 proxies?

Is HTTP2 proxy supported after the go 1.17 update?

This issue: https://github.com/golang/go/issues/26479 seems to request HTTP2 proxy support and it is still open as of 6/11/2021, so I do not believe HTTP2 proxies are supported yet.
