ARMv6 is upwards compatible with ARMv7 systems. There is no material performance difference running an ARMv6 binary on an ARMv7 system.
I’ve also seen on another site that the changes between the architectures is minor: http://single-boards.com/armv6-vs-armv7/, but I haven’t found more with as good descriptions of the instruction and hardware differences.
Is there a specific reason you’re looking for ARMv7 instead of ARMv6.
