Simple reverse proxy version 2

Version 2 of simple reverse proxy server has arrived. Now we added https to the server and a better documentation (including using with self signed certificates).

  • old project is still available as 1.0.1 release but the new project include it
  • for testing the https part but not only, a new hello server is available :slightly_smiling_face:
