Replace mouse pointer with image

Hello,
I’m looking for a lib that would allow me to replace the mouse pointer with an image?

I’ve been trying to see if I have all the pieces to create a eye dropper/color picker feature in golang.
The cursor will be replaced with a zoomed section of the desktop, under the mouse position.
