Question about GUI Go

Is there a GO project that can make cross-platform GUIs with animation effects, transition effects to create beautiful applications under Android for example ? Because there is an interesting project like FYNE but it still lacks maturity to make graphical effects (transition, animation, etc.) unfortunately.

And will a GUI application in GO be more powerful than NativeScript or Electron for example ?
