I'm looking for an example of a published (for sale somewhere) executable that runs under MS Windows that has an interface with text boxes, submit button and uses a local data base of some kind

Hi, I did a forum search before writing this and didn’t find anything.

I hear about all the things you can do (high tech things like managing Google DL site) with Go but see no real-world examples that constitute stand alone exes, like Text based games for example that run under MS Windows.

Lastly, I’m an old VBA programmer and would like to try to learn Go. :slight_smile:
