I would like support go toolchain on CPU Tilera platform(it is support by Linux kernel).
Anybody can tell me what are the steps to reach this goal, thanks so much!

I think you should post to the golang-dev mailing list and possibly filing an issue in github.
There are some requirements for doing a port (there needs to be a person/group that is willing to bugfix, you need to provide build machines that are watched, etc).
They just started helping add the IBM z architecture so the process has been used recently.
