After installing Golang (go1.13.1.windows-amd64.msi), rebooting and clicking on the GoDocServer icon, I receive the message ‘Windows cannot find C:\go\bin\godoc.exe’. It doesn’t exist in the bin. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

It is a .go file.
You can find in /go/src/golang.org/x/tools
