Given the answer for Go universal, of course no. But maybe if you want spend time joking with this, you can download both .pkg files. Unpack them with xar -xr, copy both contents inside a new directory, delete a Distribution file, edit the other Distribution file to choose between the two systems with some simple javascript code in order to correct the launcher, pack all in a new .pkg, and here we go
