is the date corresponding to the following commit id ?

i’ve download a dependency,

net@v0.0.0-20181011144130-49bb7cea24b1

49bb7cea24b1 this commit id, date at 201810110127, not 20181011144130, but still can be downloaded, so what’s the meaning of the date here ?

the time is the commit time in UTC and the final suffix is the prefix of the commit hash. The time portion ensures that two pseudo-versions can be compared to determine which happened later
