Go and CentOS 6.9

Hi

Didn’t see a definitive answer so…Have a VM running CentOS 6.9. Before I continue setting up Go, is this a go distribution of Linux to work with?

Afaik the build servers we have at work are running cent 6, but I’m unsure which minor it is.
