We have build golang application deployed on windows machine . it is get deleted after 2 or 3 days. I think it is detected as a virus on windows machine .

Have you tried testing it at Submit a file for malware analysis - Microsoft Security Intelligence . You can submit it as a developer, but keep in mind that human response is taking some time.
