Creating a directory for GO

Greetings! I just got started using Go and I am an absolute beginner. I am having trouble routing my directory. I am using Windows 10 and I want my directory to be C:\Users\Owner\Documents\GoCode
I don’t know how to route that using the cmd window. If someone could help out that would be great.
