CMS + Scraping web

Hello everybody

I have a project to create a web site to the company by adding content from another site, so retrieve the information and automatically filter it with a bot I guess.

I would like to have your advice.

  • Is it better that I leave on a CMS or a framework?
    • If CMS or framework, which one do you advise me ?

*For scraping part, I saw that COLLY exists, is it a good choice?
