Job Description
The job requires enhancing or developing the NLP capabilities in the Conversenow platform. The core of our product is the NLP brain, which needs to be continuously evolved to handle more variations and new business scenarios. You will be working with our NLP experts on AI/ML algorithms to design & implement new NLP features. The work requires significant new thinking and an innovative approach to solve complex problems. You will also be involved in the live product monitoring to understand the NLP model performance.
Responsibilities
NLP Algorithms development & enhancement
Understanding the research work in NLP space and develop POCs Unit test case development & unit testing
Fixing Production Issues
Design & Code Documentation
Technology Expertise:
High proficiency in any programming language (preferably Python or Golang). Good
understanding of data structures and algorithms. Good design and problem-solving skills. Exposure to NLP/AI/ML will be a huge plus.
Experience
3-4 yrs of experience in the development
Having working experience on Personal assistant(Bixby, Google dialogue flow, Alexa)
